About Unyfy
The people behind the brand.
We're the friendly faces that make up Unyfy, a B2B agency based in South Africa. We operate globally, offering full suite marketing to B2B brands all over the world.

Our vision
To become the biggest global-serving marketing agency in South Africa.
We want to do this not just through delivering incredible results, but by becoming indispensable to your brand. Your pain points, your objectives, your pipedreams: we make them ours too.

Four things you should know about us:
We value authenticity above all, and create genuine connections between the right people.
We handle all the heavy lifting, so you can keep doing what you do best.
We entrench ourselves in data and insights. We track what matters and adjust accordingly.
We believe in the power of networking and that everyone, from interns to CEOs, has a valuable story to share.
Meet the team

Matthew Wheeler-Barrett
Co-Founder & Head of Growth
You'll struggle to find a more driven big-picture thinker. Matt is ranked #1 on Favikon for LinkedIn personal branding in SA in 2026. And he cooks an incredible steak.

Matthew Leighton
Co-Founder & Head of Content
Been in the creative side of marketing for 15+ years. Has built brand personalities in eCommerce, hospitality, and healthcare industries, and is permanently problem-solving something in the back of his mind (even when he's asleep).

Ross Caley
Head of Product
A finance background, an analytical mind, and a stickler for getting things right. Spent years in product development and partnerships across South Africa and South East Asia, including at GoTyme, a billion-dollar fintech unicorn. And he'll have solved half your problems in the gym before 8am.

Josh Barrett
Key Accounts Manager
You'll quickly come to know Josh as the person who sees every moving part and keeps you updated on everything. The only thing better than his communication skills is his football knowledge.

Nate Levinrad
Lead Copywriter
A master at combining words in a way that'll make you say “Nate just gets it.” He's also a stand-up comedian, trained in the art of working with feedback in the form of heckling.
